All apartments are characterized by the historic charm of Vienna’s Gründerzeit era: herringbone parquet flooring, classic box windows, and generous ceiling heights meet modern comforts—with soundproof doors, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating, and controlled ventilation.
The open kitchens are fully equipped with a 4-zone hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. In the bathrooms, floor-level rain showers, glass shower walls, and washing machine connections ensure functionality and well-being.
Because our residents value their individual style and their precious unique items, our apartments are usually rented unfurnished. Furnished options are also available: choose from three furnishing styles: Grand, Classic, or Modern.
