The building, a former cartographic institute, is designed as a modern multi-generational home and combines various areas of life under one roof: condominiums, a kindergarten, a health center, and our senior residence. The residence thus forms its own protected area within the building.

Some amenities, such as the concierge service and the garden, are available to all residents of the building. The remaining areas of the residence, such as the common areas including the lobby and restaurant, and the services offered, are reserved exclusively for residents of the senior citizens’ residence.

Yes, of course. It is your apartment, and you can design it entirely according to your personal preferences. Your well-being in your new home is particularly important to us.

The in-house restaurant and seminar room are air-conditioned during the summer months, but the apartments are not equipped with air conditioning.

An internet connection is available in the apartment, but you are free to choose your preferred provider. Our in-house technician will be happy to assist you with the installation. The costs incurred are to be borne by the user. Free Wi-Fi is available exclusively in the public areas of the building.

Yes, we would be delighted if you brought your family, friends, or acquaintances along and allowed us to serve them. We would also be happy to reserve a separate table for you.

Yes, from the fourth day of your absence, you will be reimbursed for the value of the meals.

Half board is not mandatory. Our offer is flexible, allowing you to choose your meals according to your personal needs and preferences. The respective meal options are included in the rental price.

We always focus on the interests of our residents, which is why the excursions are tailored to individual needs. From time to time, we also organize group excursions that are open to everyone.

All our events and activities are part of the service package and are therefore included in the rent. There are no additional costs for you.

Participation in our activities is voluntary and, of course, not mandatory. We offer a varied program of cultural and active events to suit your individual interests. You are, of course, free to participate in the activities or opt out at your own discretion.

No, you do not need to sign out when leaving the house. You enjoy complete privacy here and live completely independently. Of course, we would appreciate it if you would let us know if you are going away for a longer period of time.

Of course, you are free to choose your own doctor. You can visit your trusted doctor at any time. At the same time, we work closely with the Josefstadt Primary Care Center and our in-house health center and are happy to offer you these services. If this does not meet your needs, we will of course respect your individual decision.

Moving out is generally not necessary for those who require light assistance and care. We have a competent social and care manager who considers each case individually and works with those affected to develop suitable solutions. In cooperation with professional outpatient care services, we can organize the necessary support directly in your home upon request. In addition, there is the option of 24-hour care in your apartment—however, this is at your own expense. In this way, we enable our residents to remain in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible, even as their care needs increase.

Yes, our concierge and cleaning staff will be happy to take care of your apartment during your absence, including receiving mail and caring for flowers.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. However, please note that the residence’s laundry service only changes the standard linen provided, as this has been specially selected and coordinated. Personal laundry is not included in the regular service, as some fabrics are very delicate and could shrink. Therefore, these items would have to be washed separately, which would be charged individually, or you would have to wash them yourself.

Each floor has a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities available for your use free of charge. In addition, each apartment has a washing machine connection in the bathroom so that you can connect your own machine.

If you would like to completely relinquish the hassle of laundry, our housekeeper will be happy to organize a laundry service for you. Your laundry will be taken to an external cleaning company and returned to you. The costs incurred will be charged individually.
